How do I cancel a booking?

You can cancel your booking from the appointments section. Refund eligibility depends on how early you cancel.

When do I receive a refund?

How do memberships work?

Memberships are only offered by professionals with an active Pro plan and let you book using included visits instead of paying for each booking.

How do at-home services work?

The professional travels to your location. The travel fee is shown before confirmation. The professional is responsible for their own insurance and equipment.

Are memberships refundable?

No. Memberships are non-refundable once activated. Unused visits do not roll over.

You can chat directly with the professional once you have a booking.
